Restaurant 4 Hermanos in Paso Robles

Saturday and Sunday called around 11:45am as my mother wanted a 7 mares caldo, no one answered the phone. Went past 12pm snd this place is still closed. Last night around 6:30 I was meeting a friend to eat there and they were closed, not sure why but if you can't handle your business why do you even brother. Extremely disappointed!

Best carnitas tacos and chile verde!

Smelled great, but kids and I never got service. No habla.

Don't have much to say... Had a beer and the salsa was excellent...

the best and most authentic Mexican cusine I've had since being in Mexico.brings tears to my eyes everytime. it's a blessing to have them here!

Really great place for Mexican seafood

Let's start with the best part the waitress was very good, checking with us, taking the order. The food was not that great ordered a a wet burrito cheese not even melted, little sauce, the other dishes were also not the best. Something to point out is the michelada was $12 and it's mostly clamato juice in a huge beer glasssl. The only reason for the two stars is the great customer service from the waitress.

Always authentic Mexican food, pleasant atmosphere also authentic the best chile verde around the service is great and the old mexican cowboy complete with cowboy hat is such a great addition to this restaurant! He cooks , sets and greets but you will usually catch him pealing big fresh shrimp .nice people go enjoy .casual dress you'll feel very comfortable .

Authentic Mexican food and awesome customer service. I had a shrimp and octopus cocktail, it was delicious! Most places stick 3 shrimp in a bowl and call it a cocktail, not this place. The sharimp and octopus were piled on, overflowing the bowl. (I should of taken a picture!!)it had all the fixings avocado, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and cilantro. My mom had a ceviche tostada and she loved it too. Only reason I won't give them 5 stars... The place is tiny and your literally back to back and shoulder to shoulder with everyone in there. They should really think about getting a bigger space. Customers were flowing in left and right, but they had no where to sit. It was chaos trying to get to the cash register and out of there. I will definitely be going back, but for take out.

They have great food and service. Only problem is that they open late it says they open at 11am but it's not usually until about 12:30 or 1:00. But they do stay open late.

Two years since my last review here. Yeah, sometimes they don't open on time. Sure, they may run out of something on rare occasion. Certainly though, Nacho and Pepe work their tails off as father and son to bring you amazing authentic Mexican cuisine. I know their names not only from frequency but from hospitality. I still eat the burritos majado con queso but have been switching it up from al pastor to carnitas to asada. Probably up to 1200 by now. Best salsa around too.

I almost peed myself and a VERY NICE MAN allowed me and my friend to use their bathroom and THANK GOD So 100% the BEST customer service I ever had! Also the food is nicely priced and incredible quality 10/10

Best restaurant in Paso Robles, has been my favorite for years.

One of the best places in town, I recommend the mojado (wet) burrito.

First time here. Place looks "iffy" but My family and I loved it. They have great food. And are not afarid to serve you plenty of food for your buck.

Well this place should go out of business soon. I stopped in for a carne asada burrito and a drink to go. I noticed when I stepped in the restaurant that there were still finished plates on some of the tables needing to be cleared and cleaned. An older guy was sitting watching tv with no care in the world. There were dirty plates in the aisle leading to the restroom, which was also in chaos with cleaning products stored on the floor. Major organization was in order here. I noticed a young man come in with 6 to 8 heads of lettuce which meant their food management is not very good. I was served my drink and burrito and found the meat to be excellent but the tortilla was made for a taco and they crammed as much food as possible into a small tortilla. Needless to say the whole thing fell apart when I bit into it. I can forgive the untidy aspect of their restaurant, but clearly, some of it has transferred over to their food quality.

Have eaten there several times. The food prices are okay for your amount of servings, & it's in a good location.

I dream of this place! Go for the wet burritos. Very good and very authentic.

I went to the restaurant because my daughter have been craving a beef soup the price was ridiculous $22 for a 32oz cup there were 3 big potatoes 3 carots a chuck roll bone with fat and a piece of meat the size of a quarter and no utensil no napkins..... They are ridiculous expensive for a freaking caldo de res! Are you serious? $22.00? 😡

This place was exactly what we have been searching for! The most delicious and authentic Mexican food we have had, maybe ever. Great service and just hands down delicious. I went with one of the reviews and got the al pastor burrito mojado con queso and it was SO GOOD. I don't typically like shrimp but tried my husbands shrimp tacos and the flavor was fantastic. Worth a try if you're in the area.

The place is excellent. it's small.. but the food is well worth it. I have yet to finish a plate. Third time eating here this week.

Over priced Mexican food. Too many other Mexican restaurants in Paso Robles to choose from that have much better prices and excellent food. We will never go back.

I went to the owners son Nacho and explained to him what had happen and said to come in next time and my meal would be free .... So i went in unfortunately Nacho wasnt there so i still orderd the food and the old man ( the owner ) said to me no free food show me the money and i explained that his son said to come in and get a free meal ..... Well the old buzzzard laughed at me and said to me no money no food !!... Ii was so embarrassed i just walk out . but its not over !!.....

Best el pastor burrito I've ever had in my entire life!!! No other Mexican restaurants in all of Paso Robles compares, and I've tried them all. It didn't take them long at all, they threw in free chips and salsa and the man who took my order was very polite and friendly.

When I moved to Paso over 8 years ago , got tired of eating mediocre Mexican food for more than a year , I found this awesome place , the food is authentic Michoacán style and it will blow your socks off ! guaranteed ! Enjoy it and don't waste your time looking again .

Flies inside the restaurant, they ran out of rice, tostada had no crispy crust and very slow service. Very polite people and tons of apologies but would not recommend.

Carne asada quesadilla with fries. Yum. Mexican restaurants always has the best fries.
